Communication specialist

We are Ruptela – a successful and continuously growing technology company. We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control.

Our company has more than 250 employees: about 180 are based in Vilnius, more than 20 in Kaunas, and we also have offices in Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Ireland, and even Mexico. We are international, and it is not just a buzz word – our team speaks 15 languages, and our clients are from almost any country you can imagine (127 in total).

Our marketing team is involved in all the aspects of Ruptela – from strategizing and positioning products, to creating all internal and external content.

We are looking for a team player who has a real passion for writing and corporate communication, staying current on developing trends in the area of internal and external communication and employer branding.

In this role, you will be responsible for all internal and employee-facing communications channels. You will partner with departments across the entire organization and support developing, producing, and delivering high-quality communication.


  • Communicating company vision, strategy, values to engage and inspire our employees
  • Analyze current internal communication ecosystem to improve the content, programs, and engagement across the organization.
  • Manage internal team collaboration system (Confluence) usage and development; train, consult, and guide other employees on usage; find ways to improve knowledge sharing in the company.
  • Plan, design, write, and edit internal communication that drives employee engagement through various channels and formats.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to serve as the primary contact for internal communication needs.
  • External communication tasks will include content creation for different purposes and channels to fulfill the company’s communication strategy.


  • A graduate in marketing, communications, PR, or another relevant degree, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills, including presentations.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator and presenter.
  • Strong knowledge in commonly used technology platforms and software, including MS Office 365, Google business tools, team collaboration tools, and email marketing.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches as well as tools.
  • Active, persistent, positive, extravert personality.
  • Very good English language skills; Russian or Spanish language is a big plus.

The salary range for this position is €1600 – €1900 (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
