Ruptela is looking for a Electronics Engineer to join our talented RnD team.

We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture a full solution and provide it along with in-depth knowledge and support. This way we help organizations to manage their property effectively, save resources, and the environment with a key focus on exceptional quality. Your role extends beyond the design phase, involving the design and manufacturing of specialized tools essential for the seamless execution of our fleet management solutions. Your collaborative approach will be key, as you’ll provide valuable assistance to supply, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams, ensuring the successful integration of your electronic designs into the final product. YOUR KEY ROLES WILL BE:

  • Schematic and PCB design using Altium Designer
  • Prototype manufacturing and testing
  • Validation of project concepts, searching for solutions
  • Preparation of production documentation
  • Updates to existing projects
  • Design and manufacturing of specialized tools
  • Assistance to supply, manufacturing and QA teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic design
  • Expert skills in using soldering equipment
  • Ability to debug and fix circuit issues
  • Proficiency in using measurement and test equipment
  • Ability to make independent decisions and justify them (working in the R&D department)
  • Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian

Advantages:

The salary range for this position is from 2600 EUR gross per month. As Ruptela is an equal-opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
