Service Manager

Ruptela is looking for a Service Manager to join our talented IT team.

We have created a feature-rich backend architecture and modern UI. Together these provide the leading Fleet management platform, which serves over 200K objects worldwide. We help organizations to manage their property effectively with up to date technologies (Hardware & Software).

Our real-time data processing system has over 200k IoT devices, from which we get around 120 million messages in 24 hours. Estimating to double it this year. We are sure that standard solutions are not enough while working with this kind of load, which is why we encourage freedom, innovation, excellence in engineering practices, and DevOps culture.

• End to End (E2E) Service ownership
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ownership of communication with stakeholders, vendors, and clients;
• Create and maintain Service SLA, lifecycle, and Service management compliance
• Service performance monitoring
• Perform vendor performance review meetings
• Continuously track Service TCO
• Service strategy and backlog management

• “Let’s do this!” attitude
• 2+ years‘ working experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Service Owner, or Service Delivery Manager in a software development environment
• Hands-on experience with IoT devices and their connectivity (M2M services) or knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms would be an advantage
• Experience building, implementing and improving processes and procedures
• Outstanding communication
• Presentation and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven and goal-oriented
• Good knowledge of English
