Senior Quality Assurance engineer (FW/HW)

Ruptela is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance engineer to join our talented FW/HW quality assurance team.

Your key roles will be:

• Developing and implementing QA policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the quality and reliability of products
• Develop and maintain QA metrics to monitor and improve the performance of the team via JIRA
• Participate in product development and test planning
• Actively communicating with other departments, ensuring a smooth process
• Implementation of technological and test automation improvements
• Planning and monitoring the budget of the department
• Providing clear leadership and vision, inspiring and motivating team

• Proven experience in HW/FW quality assurance, including developing and implementing QA policies, procedures
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant testing tools and methodologies
• Strong planning, management and organizational skills
• Very good English and Lithuanian language skills
• Proactive, self-driven and oriented toward the result

Advantages:

The salary range for this position is 3500-5000 EUR (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal-opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
