Sales Manager (Spain region)


Ruptela is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our talented and driven Sales team!

We are Ruptela, a telematics company providing solutions for fleet management and GPS tracking.

We are a fast-growing and customer-centric company with big ambitions. Our vision is to power the most efficient use of transport. Today, we develop, design, and manufacture hardware and firmware products for fleet management and GPS tracking. We provide ready-to-use telematics solutions. We believe that building a close relationship with our customers is key, therefore our Sales Managers are always on the go – searching for new clients, getting to know their needs, and doing everything that is possible to create the biggest value for their business.


  • Proactively searching and working with existing B2B clients in Spain and other countries
  • Networking with potential clients and developing long-term relationships
  • Providing help and support to the clients to meet their needs and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Leading negotiations with the client to help with current and potential challenges
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes
  • Being a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and maintain accurate customer and transactional information using CRM tools.


  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Manager, business development, or a relevant role
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven personality
  • Ability to collaborate with technical team & interest in IT, telecommunications, or fleet management
  • Willingness to take ownership, responsibility, and proactive approach
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel

The salary range for this position is from €1985 (gross) per month plus bonuses. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
