Sales Manager (Nordic Countries)


Ruptela is looking for a Sales Manager to join our talented and driven Sales team.

Today we develop, design, and manufacture hardware and firmware products for fleet management and GPS tracking. We believe that building a close relationship with our customers is key, therefore our Sales Managers are always on the go – searching for new clients, getting to know their needs, and doing everything that is possible to create the biggest value for their business.


Your key roles will be: 

  •  Building, coordinating, and optimizing your global customer funnel.
  •  Cultivating enduring relationships with our existing clients.
  •  Offering assistance and personalized support to clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  •  Leading negotiations with clients to address present and future challenges effectively.
  •  Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to drive positive business results.
  •  Conducting in-person meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.


  • Proven working experience as a Sales Manager,  or a relevant role (B2B segment) for at least 2-3 years
  • Persistence and strong orientation to result
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Responsibility and proactive approach
  • Technical background would be an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Knowledge of Danish, Norwegian or Swedish languages (Additional languages of French or German is an advantage)
