Our company has more than 250 employees: about 180 are based in Vilnius, more than 20 in Kaunas, and we also have offices in Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Ireland, and even Mexico. We are international, and it is not just a buzz word – our team speaks 15 languages, and our clients are from almost any country you can imagine (127 in total).

Our HR team is young, dynamic, and always open to your ideas. The HR department has 8 talented specialists, full of energy and good spirit, each with a specific area of ​​responsibility. Four of us are recruiters dedicated to different teams: Sales, Operations, Hardware&Firmware, and Software Products. We are looking for a new team member, Recruiter, to work with various departments and recruitments.

Your key roles will be:

  • Closely collaborate with hiring managers by setting requirements for the search of new team members, preparing attractive job advert;
  • Propose various ideas on how to effectively attract qualified candidates, expand talent portfolio;
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to the candidates;
  • Ensure professional help for hiring managers by providing constructive feedback;
  • Improve your competence by owning one of the HR processes.


  • You have a proven track record of successful in-house recruitment or recruitment agency;
  • We are expecting Pro-activeness, a hands-on attitude, and an optimistic people-oriented approach;
  • You can identify and prioritize tasks and finishing them brings you great satisfaction;
  • You can speak and communicate with colleagues in fluent English;

The salary range for this position is from €1053 – €1582 (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
