Head of Business Development

Ruptela is looking for the Head of business development to join our talented and driven Sales team.

We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture a full solution and provide it along with in-depth knowledge and support. This way we help organizations worldwide to manage their property effectively, save resources, and the environment with a key focus on exceptional quality. No challenge is too big – in many cases, our clients face complex business problems, this gives our employees an opportunity to participate in interesting projects and face many challenges.

Your key roles will be:

  • Proactively looking for market trends and new business development opportunities
  • Managing team of business development managers
  • Investigating potential new business opportunities and pitching them to stakeholders
  • Opening and nurturing new markets and business streams
  • Nurturing these markets until they become BAU.


  • Experience in export sales and business development
  • Not less than 5 years of people management, preferably at least 5 people sales team.
  • Experience in global markets and sales.
  •  Experience in IT company, selling SW solutions and HW.
  • Background of telematics or transport would be an advantage.
  • Experience in an international company would be an advantage
  • University degree, business or sales related profession would be an advantage

The salary range for this position is €4132 – €4958 (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
