We are looking for a Finance and HR Manager in Mexico who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and managing human resources tasks. This is a unique opportunity to join our professional team and contribute to the company’s growth and stability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Management:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including the development and execution of short-term and long-term financial strategies;
  • Analyze financial performance metrics and business results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management;
  • Manage cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity;
  • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks;
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors and banks;
  • Supervise and manage a team of two finance colleagues, ensuring efficient team performance;
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory financial requirements.

Human Resources Management:

  • Administer HR documentation, including employment contracts and personnel files;
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in financial management (CFO or a similar senior finance role);
  • Experience managing a team;
  • Skills of detecting potential gaps and optimizing processes;
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and accounting software;
  • Experience in HR or administrative HR processes is a plus;
  • Results-oriented with excellent teamwork skills;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and ensure smooth process coordination;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
