Business Process Manager

Our Business Process Management team strives for organizational process improvement and optimization across 7 countries. As our Business process Manager, you will be implementing LEAN tools across the whole organization and working with top management, business, and manufacturing teams on continuous improvement efforts. Also, you will be providing support to business on operational risk management and successful change management, and actively participating in Digital Transformation.

Your key roles will be:

  • Leading Business Process Management team;
  • Implementing LEAN – Asaichi, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, Hoshin Kanri and etc;
  • Mapping, reviewing, and adjusting business processes to drive improved performance;
  • Communicating with stakeholders and analyzing their needs on process improvements;
  • Organizing trainings for stakeholders regarding LEAN, project management, and quality management;
  • Implementing ISO standards and provide auditing;
  • Leading risk management process across the group level;
  • Managing internal process portfolio;
  • Ensuring change management principles through the organization;
  • Managing GDPR activities and project implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of LEAN (5S, Asaichi, Kaizen, PDCA and etc.) implementation experience;
  • Higher education in IT, business administration, Economic or similar field;
  • Experience in ISO standards implementation and auditing;
  • Business process mapping experience according to BPMN 2.0;
  • Experience in GDPR activities;
  • An understanding of finance, logistics, product development, and other business processes;
  • Change and risk management skills;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder and people management skills with proven experience in training and negotiation;
  • A passion for delivering solutions to business owners in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).

The salary range for this position is 2244 – 3370 EUR (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
