The most attractive employer in Lithuania

We are proud to say that this summer we have become “The most attractive employer in Lithuania 2017” among small and medium sized companies.

Annually held contest invites everyone to vote for “The most attractive employer in Lithuania” in two categories – small and medium sized and large companies. Contest is held by the biggest business news portal Verslo Žinios.

And you know what? In the final round we competed with another great company called Small Planet Airlines and we won by 117 points! (Ruptela 3518 –Small Planet Airlines 3401). It means that 3518 people gave us their votes!

Here is a moment from our celebration on the roof! Moreover, we decided to give all company a day off for achieving this together.

The most beloved company in Lithuania

Back in 2016 we also won “I love my company” contest and became the most beloved company by its employees.

This contest is annually organized by Lithuanian Business Confederation and invites company employees to show how much they love their company.

We really did not expect it, but for this contest our employees formed a musical band and wrote a song for it, which in the end also got its own music video.
